Shipping policy

Postage and packing is FREE for UK orders over £40, and items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class.

On larger items weighing over 3kg, orders will be sent via Parcelforce 48 and a tracking number will be provided where applicable. We reserve the right to split heavier parcels into multiple packages to ensure the most economical shipping.

At certain peak times of the year—such as the run-up to Christmas—standard Royal Mail delivery times may be subject to change to cope with increased demand. Please account for potential seasonal disruptions during these periods.

Shipping outside of the UK is chargeable, determined by weight, and calculated automatically at checkout. All international items are sent via Royal Mail Airmail Tracked and Signed For, and a tracking number will be provided. Please allow 7–14 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

Packaging Standards

• Comics: Wherever practicable, comics arrive bagged and boarded. The only exceptions are certain prestige format editions where standard bags and boards cannot accommodate the thickness of the book.
